After reviewing your SOPs, Adam will assist you in listing out the systems (tools needed) and designing an organizational chart tailored to your business needs.

Tom will help you craft comprehensive job descriptions, breaking down Title, Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, and Working Conditions.
HOMEWORK: Write out your job descriptions and cross-reference them with your SOPs.
