Five years ago, I met Andreas, a tutor helping students pass their SATs. Today, he runs a multi-million dollar business supporting Ivy League admissions.

His path wasn't straightforward. He started small, working one-on-one with students, learning from every setback and success.

What made the difference was his network of mentors and friends who helped him understand his mistakes and grow from them.

Now, Andreas brings this same approach to his company. He creates an environment where his team feels supported to take risks and learn from their experiences.

When someone stumbles, they know they'll find guidance instead of criticism.

I've watched him expand his business into new markets, always backed by his trusted circle of advisors.

Each time he faces a challenge, he turns to his network for insight and perspective.

This is exactly what we aim to provide with our 5WH system - a structure where people can feel confident taking calculated risks, knowing they have support to learn and improve.

Success doesn't come from avoiding mistakes. It comes from having the right support system to help you learn from them and keep moving forward.
