You acknowledge that all information, content and data provided by ABC is the sole property of ABC and cannot be reused without written permission from us.

You understand that all payments for ABC services must be completed in full prior to use of said service. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of ABC under certain circumstances.

You consent to receive communications from ABC via email, telephone, or other methods as necessary for customer service purposes.

You understand that all disputes regarding services provided by ABC will be resolved between you and ABC on an individual basis, and not through state or federal agencies or court systems unless expressly permitted by law or by agreement between both parties.

By using our services, you certify that you are over the age of 18, or if under 18 have parental permission to do so.

ABC makes no representations or guarantees as to the success of its services or the results that may be achieved.
